Terms of Service
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Tabby. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Questions? Email stephanieyeo.designs@gmail.com.
The service
Tabby lets you write notes on index cards and organise them into boxes and sections. Tabby is currently in early development and free to use. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Your account
- You need to give a valid email address, or sign in with Google.
- Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Tabby.
Your content
You own what you write in Tabby. You give us permission to store and display your content only so we can run the service for you. We don’t claim ownership and don’t use your notes for anything else.
Please keep your own backups of anything important — you can export your cards at any time from Account → Your data.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Tabby to break the law, store or share content you don’t have the right to, attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, or disrupt or overload the service.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Tabby down, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your cards.
No warranty
Tabby is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of Tabby.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use Tabby after changes means you accept the updated terms.
